Family is Love

 
Family is the basic source of life in our society.
Each family has a story to tell
Our family is not perfect
But faith unites us every single day.
 
It is easier to give love with others;
When you keep Our Lord in your heart
The old saying says ‘Let go and let God’;
Should be put into mind, heart and soul.
 
I am sinner, not a perfect daughter
Yet I always believe in God everyday
There were trying times, my family is at my back
Helping me raise from falling out of love
 
I believe in second chances for those who truly deserves it.
If I forgive, I’ll distance myself and keep the happy memories.
The art of letting go might be hard
But that is the reality in order for me to move forward
 
Always believe that we are good angels, as long as we keep our life fulfilling.

ACCEPTANCE OF FAITHFULNESS TO GOD

In marriage, the ring symbolizes unity within them

First symbol is loyalty, both parties abide to love one another wholeheartedly.

Second symbol is respect, the husband and wife agree with their differences and accept their similarities.

Third symbol is love, this help the couples strengthen the relationship.

Fifth symbol is happiness, each of them should make an effort either to smile or laugh.

Sixth symbol is forgiveness, each one commit mistakes, it's up to them to find solution to their problems.

Seventh symbol is gratitude, this imply to always pray and give thanks to Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Eighth symbol is prosperity, they should be generous in helping others, in return their finances will prosper.

Ninth symbol is blessedness, we should make sure that in any type of relationship such as friendship and partnership, it must be centered by God.

Tenth symbol is acceptance of faith, keep your own values and belief and embrace it with heart and soul.

A letter to Nehemiah

 She, the girl named Nehemiah met him on 14th of February

She had wonder who that person was

She was busy with her career and was dating at that time.

So, she thought less of him.

Month have passed, same routine

It was March when she heard him sang for the first time

She knew he sang from his heart and soul

It was a beautiful melody to hear

Long time ago, there was a man who she loves to hear him sing

That chapter though has ended years ago.

They never saw each other again

She tried to reach out and reconnect again but timing isn't there

Month of June came, she wanted to know him more

Feeling hesitant and afraid somehow with rejection

It was him who try to reach out first 

So she thought they can be friends during that time

Months passed, he had changed

She didn't have any idea whether she did something wrong

So, she decided to stop talking to him again

After several months, he started talking to her again

She was fine with not talking anyway

It was clear. She trust the guy for she shared her biggest problem last December

She thought he cares, she thought she's somehow special to him

So she gathered all her courage to confess that she likes him

She was afraid to know the answers, she waited

It was 25th of April when she found out the truth

And she clearly accepted that wholeheartedly for she expected it

She wants to know the person more still

She wants to be a close friend for him

But all he did is push her away

They say that friendship is the best relationship you'll ever had

Maybe he didn't believe that

He had hurt her not just once, but twice

Is she a bad person to experienced such thing?

She's trying to ignore him but she can't

She had made up her mind;

Next year maybe June , she will be gone and it's not unfair

His mother knew that this girl has big dreams

She planned the idea of working abroad, she told her

If it's God's will, so help her God.

My dear Nehemiah, I knew your father was always proud of who you are and what you've become

Just live with the moment, Stay humble, Always be kind

Love yourself more, guard your heart

Lift everything to God whatever your heart desires.

New Beginnings

It's start of the new year 2021

Time  to make your resolutions and goals

Create plans and make it happen

It's a must to incorporate yourself with positivity.

I can't conclude that last year was the worst year.

The fact that I'm still here writing this;

Is something to be grateful for, right?

Most people rooted problem is they love to complain

Complain about anything that they believed wrong

It's better to look in oneself first;

After deep realizations within, you decide;

Am I still doing it right? Do I see the bigger picture out of it?

I'm not perfect though, I commit mistakes, I'm stubborn

I've learned the hard and easy way

There was a point in my life;

Where I'd find it hard to laugh or smile;

Due to painful losses and circumstances

The strongest thing that I grip unto is my faith to God

Without it, I have given up life.

I won't be able to stand and begin again.

My dear friend, I know you have your own silent battles

Keep in mind that God's with you

He will never abandon you nor forsake you

Just believe, have faith and begin again.

Loving Oneself

 Have you ever been so confused about how you feel towards a person?

I think I am stuck between the past and present

He is out of my league

Lately, I do wonder if he has feelings for me.

I really want to ask him

But I don't want to assume

I'm afraid of rejection 'coz I've been there before

He never fails to make me smile when he laughs

He never fails to listen whenever I speak out about life's problems

He never fails to help me when I needed it

Am I falling for him?

The other person was my first love

We've known each other for fifteen years  now

Our communication just stopped

I want to talk to him personally

But, what's the use? He doesn't care anyway

Yes, he knows my birthday

But he only greeted me once..

I felt like I am nothing to him

It seems that he doesn't see me as a friend ever!

For now, all I care about is myself

Build my career, do what makes me happy.

Let God works what's best for me.

He really is the best relationship that I've ever had amongst all.

I really hope and pray for better days ahead.

Sorry if I become jealous easily.

I always dreamt of finding true love
All my life I've waited for my first love
But nothing happened, he's happy with someone new
Guess, I should walk away and be happy for them

Then, someone came into my life
He always make me smile
He never fails to check if I were okay
He loves to crack some jokes and say sorry when I get mad

Even if he's from afar
He made me feel special again
It's been five years that I lived on my own
It's like a brand new love...

Brand new love makes me feel that someone is there for me
They say love from afar makes the heart grow fonder
Now I'm willing to give it a try
Brand new love has come my way.

MONTH OF THE FLOWERS

May is the month of the flowers according to some
Flores de Mayo or Santacruzan is celebrated during this month
Roses, Tulips, Santan, Gumamela bloom amazingly
It is where children believes that on May 1st;

During morning, dew drops is good for your skin
Such a fairy tale to be told yet exciting to reminisce
Every young girls are happy to be included in Santacruzan
It is where they are given the chance to join the parade and be one of the Reyna Elena

It simply symbolizes our devotion to Mama Mary
For each girl represents different queens
Whatever are we up to during this month
It is up to us to make things possible

Above anything else, May Month of the flower lies between the meaning we put into it.

Butterflies fly away in different places
They love to hop in to flower gardens
At some point, we people are like them
We love going to different beautiful scenery

It gives a great relaxation in our minds
It also provide us a good feeling everytime we see discover new sightings

In this life, we didn't stay in one place

We are born to move away,
Some of us travel for living
While some commute to go in their different workplace

SEVEN YEARS, SHATTERED DREAMS

Do you believe in first love never dies?
Crazy as it seems I've been there
His the man that I loved for seven years
I've always dream that he'll loves me back

But I was wrong, Reality truly bites
My shattered dreams just ended
I've found out the worst truth
He doesn't love me at all

Lonely tears and fears shot right through me
It's hard to accept but I have to be realistic
I've been with unsuccessful relationships before
I guess, It didn't worked out because;

I still cling into my feelings for my first love
As I grow older, I realize that I shouldn't do that
Life is short so make the most out of it.
Learn to let go, and let God.

I know God will give me the man of my dreams someday
I just need to wait for that to happen
Life also is not a race
Because I believe in God's perfect timing

Seven years, Shattered dreams
But my hopes are still up
Life is always beautiful and worth to be treasured
The true meaning of love lies on having a meaningful life.

Life As We Know It

Life as we know it is indescribable
For each of us define it differently
Some people believe that life is love
Others believe that life is about survival.

Whatever the definition we believed in
Life is like a circle that keeps on going
It's like eternity that never ends
The only thing that matters most is how we spend it.

We value life because it's a gift given by GOD
We know life brings happiness, failures and challenges
We feel happy, sad, scared and fulfilled but that's normal
For as long as you believe that you have GOD;

You'll never be lost in each paths you're taking
For our Lord is my shepherd
And I will be a follower
Just like a sheep in a wide green grass fields.

Lullaby

A beautiful lullaby captivates my heart
Soothing and breathtaking inside my mind
I have to follow where it is coming from
Because that melody rings a bell in my memory.

I listen closely to find wherever it is
But as I've come nearer, it goes elsewhere
Just stay please, don't leave me wondering
Your lullaby is still a mystical mystery.

Everyday I wake up holding onto that melody
I wanna hear it closely and get blown away
For it chained my heart like a links of love.

Lullaby, lullaby where are you know?
Sing that tune with all your heart
It brings happiness inside of me
Most of all, your lullaby keeps my day worthwhile.

Letters, Poems and Life

Every time I write a letter or a poem
I always make sure that it's coming not just in my heart
It is also coming from my soul
Your soul can picture your true identity

It really ain't easy to write a letter or a poem
You need to make sure that you can connect to readers
It's not like writing everything you want.
Exact measure of ingredients in writing is needed

Inspirations, Experiences and Failures are the ingredients
If you're going to write a poem put these three;
And you will be on the right track
I am saying these to encourage writers out there

I've been writing now for seven years
And point of views from readers help you to grow
I am not writing using sophisticated vocabulary
Just easy words so that everyone could understand

It's not the words that matters most
It's the meaning behind each letters that captures
It's a nice feeling if someone appreciates your work
I will be forever grateful for taking your time to read this.

WHAT LIFE WAITS ME

This year has a lot of drastic changes
I've been a lot of trials to deal with
It feels like a roller coaster ride
It makes you scream facing it twists and turns

I guess that's what's life for
You can't pass through your path smoothly
There's always hardships to face
Acceptance is the key for me to handle this

Losing someone you expect is not easy
It just mean that there are things not destined for me to be with
Welcoming new one needs adjustments
I'm happy and blessed that God gave us an angel

Sometimes I wish there were someone who tried just to be with me
Your presence could make a difference especially those trying times
I think that's what growing means
There always come to a point wherein you need to face it yourself.

I just need to put in mind that God's with me
God gave that because he knew that I can overcome it
Now, I should set my goals straight and do it right
Accept and appreciate WHAT LIFE WAITS ME.

Life is really indescribable

Time flies fast just like a flash

With one snap, your into new dimension.

Some old friends flown away

And new friends get along the way

I wish I have a time machine

And go back way before.

Growing up is like a pupa to butterfly

Always starts easy and goes with hardships

But most importantly is the grip of faith

Never be afraid for you are not alone.

Shadows within you might scare

But there is no shadow without light

Lighten up yourself and be armed with halo

Maaaring hindi mo pa rin mahinuha ang nais kong ipakahulugan.

Alam kong hindi ako karapat-dapat sa atensyon mo

Sa kadahilanang; isang maliit na bahagi lang ako ng nakaraan.

Minimithi ko lamang na magmula sana sa iyo

Ituran mo sa akin kung ano ang iyong damdamin

Huwag mong gawing maulap ang aking isipan

Sapagkat hindi ako makapag-umpisa muli

Maraming suhestiyon na isagawa ko ito, iyon

Subalit kailangan ko ang kaliwanagan

Kaliwanagan na ikaw lamang ang susi

Ayokong pumalaot na walang kasiguruhan

Alam kong kaya ko, pero hindi ko nais magpadalos-dalos

Hindi rin mainam na sundin ko ang iba bago ang aking sarili
